  I thought the place was a joke. I just needed help and i guess they werent willing to put any efforts towards my rehabilitation with me. I transferred to lavale where i get treated great now

  Is every "recovery" center so focused on having clean test results that they neglect their mission of actually TREATING addiction? The after hours "answering service" lady is irresponsible and unethical. I told her about one of their patients I knew to be currently high on heroin, she told me way more personal information about that patient than her job, or the law should've allowed her to. She promised me that patient would be tested the next morning. That night, the patient threw her 4yo daughter against a wall, hitting the side of her head so hard it gave her a nose bleed and required an ER visit. Western Maryland recovery did not test the patient, though. WHY is it better NOT to test than to test? Do you think the "answering service" lady would even feel remorse after knowing this story? Haha. She is the perfect immoral, drug-loving figurehead for this ridiculous industry and unprofessional facility.
