- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Before seeing her, I had an appointment with Dr. Carpenter in Cumberland. His staff was nasty and the office felt very pretentious. When I walked in for my apt with Dr. Jackson, I felt comfortable and welcome and when she came into my exam room, she projected such a good aura. She was nice, sat down with me and listened, provided me with multiple options for anesthesia. The surgery went very well and she has awesome bedside manner. She has real concern for her patients.
