- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Started out open Monday through Friday. Now they are only open on Mondays. They are part of a corporate office and are given rules that have a negative impact on patient care. Patient load is too high now for just one day, wait time was 45 minutes to see the Dr Dr. is not the one you always see, mostly you see the nurse, Connie who then has to talk to the Dr. If you need to call them, you go through an answering service, you may or may not get a call back that day. Last visit with the Dr. lasted over 90 minutes and we saw the Dr. for about 6 minutes. He left the room, and never came back. We had questions about a change in medication, but no one had time to answer them. The answer "I don't know" is prevalent in their vocabulary. The office staff is not given enough information to do their jobs. The staff does not have the ability to read MRI discs that self load into the system if you know what you are doing. (I can view them on my system at home - you have to TRY and execute the program) They don't know why. My suggestion: FIND another pain management clinic..... there are several in Cumberland, MDFebruary 13, 2017by Dee Berube
